All products ordered before 5pm will be delivered on the next working day (excluding weekends). Some products do have longer lead times; when this is the case we will advise you as to delivery.
Delivery is FREE for all credit account customers to most address in mainland United Kingdom. (Some exceptions may apply such as furniture, please phone for more information.)
A charge of £6.75 excluding vat is made for orders valued below £75.00 (excluding vat) to an address in mainland United Kingdom.
Addresses outside of mainland United Kingdom (that is Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands) are charged delivery at a special rate. The price will start at £6.75 (excluding vat), but may be higher depending on the weight of the order and destination. If higher, we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge and you will have the option to cancel the order if you so wish. For large items such as desks, filing cabinets and chairs, and all orders over 250kg in weight, please contact us and we will confirm if any additional charge is due.
Please note that certain products such as Glass, Liquids and products containing Chemicals may be subject to a surcharge due to certain requirements on handling and delivery.
We do not deliver to any country other than the United Kingdom.
Delivery is made to the specified address only and will require a signature. Delivery cannot be made to any other location. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot. The card will provide instruction on how to retrieve your parcel. A second delivery attempt may be made at the carrier's discretion but otherwise the delivery will have to be collected from their depot. Please note that all deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, we do not deliver on Saturdays.
Goods arriving damaged or faulty will be collected free of charge for replacement or refund, but you must contact us with full details of the problem within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
Most unwanted items can be returned for a refund but you must contact us with full details within 7 days of receipt of the order. You must send the items back, at your cost, to the address we specify using the original packaging. The unwanted items must arrive undamaged and in the case of software, CDs, DVDs & Videos, unopened. Unwanted food and drink items cannot be returned for health & safety reasons. Only the value of the items being returned can be refunded - the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund - that is if the order was shipped to you free of charge, then we shall deduct £6.75 excluding vat from your refund. If your order originally included payment for shipping then that shipping payment value will not be refunded.
Items breaking or failing within their warranty period will be replaced or repaired subject to the manufacturer's warranty periods and procedures. Contact us with full details of your original order and we can advise on the best course of action according to your requirements.
All orders are subject to the ordered item(s) being available. If any item should not be available then Tailor Made Office Supplies may, with the agreement of the customer, substitute an item that incorporates the facilities of the ordered item, and Tailor Made Office Suppliesmay vary the price therefore. Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation are approximate only, and not of any contractual effect.
Tailor Made Office Suppliesreserves the right to alter design and specification of any item shown herein without prior notification being given.

The prices charged and against which payment must be made will be those prices ruling at the date of despatch of goods. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be charged in accordance with prevailing legislation. Please note the prices displayed on the site are for account customers and internet customers only.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product, which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms in the same manner as you paid.
We take any attempt of fraud very seriously and we will fully investigate details of a credit card transaction if we suspect that a fraudulent purchase is taking place. We will notify the relevant authorities of the fraud, including details of the recipient of the order.
We reserve the right to void/cancel a credit card transaction and to terminate its associated order.
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction
